Our culinary consists of the best products of the surrounding agriculture! We source delicious dairy products from local producers, freshly baked bread rolls, breads and pastries from nearby bakeries, and the finest marmalades and jams out of seasonal fruits are also from the surrounding cultivation. The apple juice comes from our own cultivation.

The familiar, personal atmosphere of our house will make your stay pleasent. That hospitality is self-evident for us, you can also experience in the service of the Gerbehof: At our breakfast buffet you will find selected organic products from the surrounding countryside. Our eggs are from the Ringgenhof (Zieglerschen) in Wilhelmsdorf, the fresh organic alpine milk comes from the Berchtesgadener Land and the cheese from the Lehenhof in the Deggenhausetal. Fresh rolls, delicious jams, and apple juice from our own farm, make your culinary experience in the morning complete.

What you should not miss is our coffee, consisting of 100% Arabica beans from sustainable development and controlled organic cultivation with an organic certificate of the EG-eco-regulation.

We are also happy to prepare fresh, egg dishes, such as Kaiserschmarrn, scrambled eggs and other treats, depending on the day of the week.

Social hours in the nature resort Gerbehof you experience at our common barbecues. In the summer into the fall, you grill with us once a week in front of the Canadian log cabin juicy beef steaks with a fine salad buffet and subsequent schnapps samples of homemade drops.

If the weather does not play, we pull into the log cabin and prepare there hearty goulash or hearty meal consisting of bread, cold cuts, cheese etc.. Definitely an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
